Capital investment project financing can be arranged through a number of sources. These include traditional methods such as Industrial Development Revenue Bonds and the SBA Subordinated Debenture Program, of course, but in addition, both Somerset County and the Town of Princess Anne have their own unique financial assistance programs for new and expanding industry.

The Economic Development Commission is also knowledgeable of and familiar with other financing programs designed to assist industry.
